Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the next generation of promotional and player engagement products by identifying market opportunities.
  • •Lead end-to-end Enhance lifecycle from concept and business case through launch and continuous optimisation.
  • •Increase Enhance adoption, utilisation, and long-term value across operators, using data to own performance and KPIs.
  • •Develop go-to-market strategies and deliver operator-facing sales materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • •Lead competitive intelligence, represent the Enhance portfolio as subject matter expert, and build/mentor a high-performing team.
