Job Summary

Shape the strategy and roadmap for an iGaming player engagement and promotions platform, working within the Commercial organisation. Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, define KPIs, and use data to prove success. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data, and Risk to deliver operator-facing enhancements, go-to-market materials, and operator configuration guidelines, while leading competitive intelligence and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the next generation of promotional and player engagement products by identifying market opportunities.
•Lead end-to-end Enhance lifecycle from concept and business case through launch and continuous optimisation.
•Increase Enhance adoption, utilisation, and long-term value across operators, using data to own performance and KPIs.
•Develop go-to-market strategies and deliver operator-facing sales materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
•Lead competitive intelligence, represent the Enhance portfolio as subject matter expert, and build/mentor a high-performing team.
