Job Summary

Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, procurement, and financials. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion technical solutions across enterprise programs.
•Design and develop Oracle Fusion technical components including BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, SQL-based extracts, data models/bursting, ESS scheduling, workflows/approvals, and extensions/custom objects.
•Support integrations and data migration between Oracle Fusion and external systems using REST/SOAP, OIC, and file-based methods (including FBDI/HDL/HSDL), plus reconciliation/validation.
•Lead testing and deployment activities (unit testing, SIT/UAT support, regression, cutover planning, production readiness, post-go-live stabilization, hypercare).
•Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor jobs and interface runs, troubleshoot incidents, maintain runbooks/docs, and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
•Oracle Fusion technical certification or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
•8–12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion technical development, reporting, integrations, or support.
•Proven experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
•Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion technical architecture, reporting, integrations, data migration, and cloud-to-cloud/cloud-to-on-premise connectivity.
