  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 8 years of related experience.
  • •5+ years of related experience in Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, including Lean, Six Sigma, and MRP.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, problem-solving techniques, and project management; training and execution of Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • •Excellent analytic, communication, presentation, and facilitation/training skills.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence people in continuous improvement projects.
