Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site and provide quality service to the customer.
  • •Plan the job including instructions to the crew and equipment, and resolve disputes to approved levels.
  • •Lead the site crew comprising Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • •Perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site and train operators to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or similar education with one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II.
  • •Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • •Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness; complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • •Has working skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
