Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver meaningful communications and stakeholder engagement to help clients deliver UK infrastructure projects.
  • •Write easy-to-understand communications, and manage design and print processes for engagement materials.
  • •Publish communications, organise events, and run surveys to enable questions and feedback.
  • •Understand and interpret engagement data, present themes and key issues, and manage reporting processes.
  • •Provide communication and engagement advice and activities for clients, including virtual consultation rooms and public-facing engagement assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement on complex infrastructure projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience in communications, engagement, or a related advisory role.
  • •Sector experience in transport, utilities, water, environment, or energy is desirable.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports and engagement materials.
  • •Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
