Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure tank forming and welding are completed safely and in compliance with design and quality standards.
  • •Inspect welds, fasteners, and aligned formed/welded parts for visible damage and compliance with specifications.
  • •Review and approve welding processes and determine accept/reject decisions for components, materials, and equipment.
  • •Create, implement, and manage quality control procedures and maintain detailed inspection documentation.
  • •Investigate causes of nonconforming product and help initiate corrective actions; assist the Quality supervisor with audits and training program support.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents and make quality decisions (e.g., go-no-go).
  • •Ability to work overtime when required and communicate effectively with personnel across departments.
