Support the Captain as part of the flight deck team to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight. Assist with flight preparation, navigation, and operations while complying with operating procedures and regulatory standards. Maintain independent checks of aircraft position, terrain, and weather, and provide clear communication and decision support. In case of Captain incapacitation, assume command according to rank and company procedures.
