  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to execute and launch.
  • •Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
  • •Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve decisions, monitor performance, and drive iterations after release.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex financial workflows.
  • •Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
