Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain wireline technical training content including lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and knowledge checks.
  • •Deliver instructor-led training from training centers, with flexibility to travel and train at field locations as business needs require.
  • •Lead classroom and hands-on practical sessions aligned to operational procedures, safety standards, and current equipment/tooling configurations.
  • •Participate in CMS/CMP development, including competency definitions, learning paths, and assessment criteria for wireline services.
  • •Maintain accurate training documentation and version control, incorporating feedback from field operations, incidents/lessons learned, and process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of Baker Hughes wireline experience.

  • •Ability to serve as an SME and competency assessor in at least one wireline service for CMS/CMP development and competency sign-off.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
