Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical architecture, packaging, integration, and validation for onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and HV junction boxes.
  • •Own design engineering from concept through production launch and beyond, defining system-level solutions across performance, robustness, manufacturability, cost, serviceability, and customer experience.
  • •Prototype, test, and execute environmental, vibration, thermal shock, temperature cycling, ingress protection, durability, and mechanical qualification testing.
  • •Drive design changes based on test results and real-world feedback, continuously optimizing for cost and performance without compromising safety or reliability.
  • •Support supplier technical reviews, DFMEA reviews, tooling reviews, validation alignment, production launch activities, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Requirements
