Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact for academic staff on learning and teaching, resolving queries and escalating/delegating when needed.
  • •Handle more complex administration including welcome/induction, attendance monitoring, timetabling, placements, examinations, progression, and graduation.
  • •Plan, organise, maintain, and deliver programme activities, including supervising staff in supervisory roles.
  • •Prepare management and institutional reports, including pulling complex information from multiple sources and interpreting large datasets.
  • •Support compliance and quality assurance, review/update key documentation regularly, and deliver secretarial support to relevant committees and meetings.

Key Requirements
