Job Summary

Design practical, scalable user experiences for incident response management solutions, partnering with engineers, product management, technical writing, and go-to-market teams. Work across desktop/mobile web, native mobile, Slack/Teams, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows. Define user needs and pain points, create detailed designs and trade-offs, lead formative/evaluative research with customers, and mentor other designers within a fully remote product design organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and design leaders to iterate on and improve incident response management products.
•Document user needs and pain points, create design directions and detailed designs using product/visual communication tools, including agentic tooling where valuable.
•Plan and execute formative and evaluative research with researchers, cross-functional collaborators, and customer partners such as the Customer Advisory Board and Design Partnership Program.
•Provide scalable, cohesive design solutions that balance business, customer, and user needs while maintaining the end design vision as products ship and evolve.
•Coach and mentor other designers and help evolve the Product Design team’s ways of working and learning in a remote environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 164,000 - 205,000 annually

•Experience designing for developers, SREs, and other highly technical users.
•A portfolio of design work that improved business goals, metrics, or KPIs for complex, data-rich dev tooling and/or enterprise SaaS products.
•Ability to balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical constraints in design decisions.
•Ability to deliver pragmatic, cohesive, scalable design solutions in a fast-paced environment with evolving standards.
•Experience collaborating across time zones in a fully remote, fast-paced environment while practicing transparency and autonomy.
