Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key partner-facing liaison for a portfolio of strategic and emerging partners, coordinating day-to-day activities.
  • •Support broader strategic initiatives with the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships to ensure partner satisfaction and program effectiveness.
  • •Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns and user nurture flows.
  • •Conduct competitive and partner landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
  • •Conduct business reviews, monitor partner health, resolve issues, and track deal pipelines, revenue attribution, and partner-sourced opportunities in CRM systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • •Experience in sales and/or marketing automation environments managing partner lifecycles and/or co-marketing campaigns.
  • •Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and at least one marketing automation tool (Braze preferred).
  • •Commercial acumen with proven experience negotiating partner agreements or commercial terms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
