Job Summary

Deliver heavy equipment from a rental facility in Central Austin using a Class A CDL, following state and federal transportation laws and all safety regulations. Load and unload vehicles with guidance from the loading crew, maintain required shipping documentation, and help with routine truck service like checking oil, water, gasoline, and air. Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and on time while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Load/unload goods and materials using specialized equipment and return equipment to designated areas.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork, deliver documentation after route completion, and perform routine truck service (e.g., checking oil/water/gasoline/air) and report malfunctions.

•Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and travel frequently.
