Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide meaningful data analysis and own product data integrity to support Product Operations and NPD GDM, enabling standardized and digitized processes.
  • •Drive NPD management operating systems (MOS) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product data is entered on time and maintained in systems of record.
  • •Own product data end-to-end across the portfolio lifecycle by managing product hierarchy (PH), product information master (PIM), and digital asset management (DAM).
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI tracking, and self-service reporting; create executive-level reporting and recommendations.
  • •Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and DAX measures; administer and optimize Smartsheet workflows, forms, dashboards, automation, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
  • •5+ years in Product Operations, analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, or related functions.
  • •Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, star schema, DAX measures/calculated columns, RLS, and executive dashboard reporting.
  • •Strong SQL experience with complex joins, CTEs, and data validation/reconciliation.
  • •Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences, and manage multiple analytical projects.
