Job Summary

Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and AI-based solutions for medium to large enterprise clients. Lead business process analysis and requirements capture, then configure and deliver CRM solutions across project phases. Act as a Dynamics 365 expert who shares knowledge internally and with the community, collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery, and support sales activities while travelling as needed for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects, including plan, analyse, design, build and test.
•Conduct business process analysis and capture business requirements to design and implement CRM solutions.
•Liaise with customers, IT staff, and business partners to resolve customer issues with high quality and timeliness.
•Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
•Assist in sales activities and planning; travel based on project requirements as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Australian citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance (existing clearance preferred but not mandatory).
•Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Power Platform and Dataverse.
•Ability to conduct business process analysis, capture business requirements, and design and implement CRM solutions.
•Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
•Bachelor’s degree in business systems or a related field.
