Job Summary

Provide nursing care in an effective and safe manner to a select group of patients and families, carry out established nursing regimes, and plan nursing care under the guidance of a preceptor or other designated RN. Align with QCHP Nursing/Midwifery competencies and Joint Commission International standards; ensure timely, quality patient care; perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with care teams in Qatar.

•Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.

•Delivers safe patient care using nursing processes, including administration of medications and therapies.
•Plans patient care based on assessments, validates with peers, and initiates appropriate reporting and referrals.
