Join the Marketing team as a Marketing Communication Intern to plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (push, email, in-app), collaborate on content, automate CRM journeys, analyze performance, and leverage AI to optimize campaigns—driving engagement and long-term retention for a global user base.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and launch campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing communications (push, email, in-app) based on campaign calendars and business priorities.
•Collaborate on content: Work with the Brand team to craft messages that are clear, engaging, and consistent with Joko’s tone of voice.
•Automate and enhance automated user journeys: Support the design and optimization of automated CRM journeys that guide users from onboarding to retention through personalized and data-driven experiences.
•Analyze and optimize: Monitor communications performance, run A/B tests, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
•Innovate and streamline processes: Leverage AI and automation to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and push the boundaries of how we communicate with our users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,300 - 1,700 monthly

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in a business or communication school, ideally with a marketing focus.
•6-month internship experience in marketing or CRM.
•Fluent in French (native) and proficient in English (written and spoken).

•Proactive, collaborative, and able to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-growing team.
