Job Summary

Review and manage health insurance claims and preauthorizations end-to-end. Understand claim and RI/preauthorization workflows and documentation requirements across insurers/TPAs, review client submissions, and ensure cases resolve within insurer SLAs. Maintain accurate claim records in the CRM, monitor the daily claims dashboard against KPIs, and provide clear status updates and additional-information requirements to clients. Escalate when needed to team leadership and account management.

•Understand the claim RI and preauthorization process and applicable documentation requirements from insurers/TPAs.
•Review client-submitted documents and follow up to ensure specifications are met.
•Submit claims to insurers and follow up until resolution within insurer SLAs.
•Maintain accurate ongoing claim information in the CRM and monitor the claims dashboard against KPIs.
•Provide claim status updates to clients and explain additional information requirements; escalate when necessary.
