Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
  • •Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, and communicate with counterparties to assist execution.
  • •Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
  • •Contribute to building commercial and legal expertise over time.
  • •Build and manage work related to client accounts within the Contracts practice areas.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1+ years of experience (internship experience) and a bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Exposure to NDAs is a plus (not required).

  • •Organized and efficient with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines with attention to detail.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and ability to collaborate as a team player.
