Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers.
  • •Use coaching and leadership training to grow within the national organization.
