Key Responsibilities

  • •Build new AI-driven products and features delivered to production, contributing across the full software stack from architecture to release.
  • •Apply system design and software engineering principles to produce observable, maintainable, scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • •Develop product features and agents using frontier models with prompting, context, tools, and model reasoning to fulfill user journeys and automate processes.
  • •Validate solutions against functional requirements using QA methods, evals, and tracing to ensure quality is measurable and reproducible.
  • •Participate in product refinement and scoping by ideating, prototyping, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and other engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional programming experience in web application and backend environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, with knowledge of modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Rails.
  • •Experience building AI and agent-powered features using frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
  • •Hands-on use of coding agent harnesses such as Claude Code, Codex, Opencode, or Pi in daily development.
  • •Experience collaborating with product stakeholders to refine feature requirements.
