Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and deploy tablets with local SIM cards for vendor onboarding.
  • •Communicate with vendors and provide proper training on-site or at the office.
  • •Coordinate onboarding projects by collaborating across the company and serving as the primary project point of contact.
  • •Monitor tablet and paper roll stock levels.
  • •Coordinate bug reports and change requests and report process/progress to line management; handle updates on damaged, lost, or stolen tablets and replacements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/English or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company.
  • •Sense of urgency, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • •Analytical mindset and skill set.
  • •Experience with Jira, Salesforce & Confluence is preferable.
