Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and upkeep the physical facility, executing planning, repairs, and routine maintenance on-site.
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance plans, and update detailed work instructions with SMEs.
  • •Communicate with contractors, negotiate optimal pricing, and schedule contractors for repair work.
  • •Follow and enforce Honeywell safety protocols and meet building code requirements.
  • •Handle project coordination/oversight tasks including reporting, email responses, and being on call after hours upon request.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 55,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction (Painting/Repairs).
  • •Minimum 1+ years of proven subcontractor management skills.
  • •Must be able to obtain Top Secret SIGNET Government clearance and also CGP clearance.
  • •Bilingual (French & English).
  • •Strong knowledge of building operations and codes, plus relevant trade experience (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting).
