Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including outreach and community financial literacy events.
  • •Maintain risk responsibility and confidentiality; comply with policies and support loan sourcing and account opening/servicing processes.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.
