Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage new product introduction aspects with factory stakeholders and external customers/global sales teams.
  • •Develop and translate customer requirements, market trends, competitive dynamics, and financial objectives into product line strategy.
  • •Create go-to-market plans and track progress against NPI goals.
  • •Build NPI device and board forecasts to support business planning, supply readiness, and customer engagement.
  • •Present Adaptive SoC and solution value propositions and support customer/field interactions, including travel as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Master’s degree in a technical discipline or MBA.
  • •Strong understanding of RF and analog technology, including RF sampling data converters, DSP, RF/wireless systems, and embedded processing systems.
  • •Experience with RF and analog manufacturing technology for packaging PCBs.
  • •Proven semiconductor industry experience with sales, marketing, product management, or product line ownership exposure, plus demonstrated customer-focused practices.
