Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the production manager with agreed hospitality and superior customer service to visiting artists/performers/clients and crews
  • •Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns; correct food or service errors with a friendly, positive attitude
  • •Take menu, beverage, and bar orders and communicate orders to kitchen and/or bar through micros terminal
  • •Check orders before serving, ensure special requests are met, and deliver food and beverages to the artist
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, circulate to maintain atmosphere control, maintain safety/sanitation, and remove dirty items from green rooms

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly
