HR Business Partner

Partner with the business to manage HR policies and programs that improve employee relations, performance management, and benefits/compensation. Oversee recruiting, development, and retention, supervise HR staff, and provide guidance on policy and contract interpretation to minimize legal and compliance risk. Conduct data analysis to build business cases, lead succession planning, and own execution of the site’s Affirmation Action plan within a manufacturing environment.
