Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical accounting authority for complex revenue transactions, providing guidance for new products, partnerships, and evolving commercial models.
  • •Review and assess complex customer contracts across SaaS, professional services, managed services, multi-element arrangements, and consumption-based pricing.
  • •Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales to translate ASC 606 guidance into actionable commercial options for complex negotiations.
  • •Prepare technical account memoranda, research emerging accounting guidance, and lead ASC 606 support for New Product Offerings (NPI).
  • •Support month-end close, drive revenue process improvement and system implementation (including automation using AI), and lead/develop the revenue accounting team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 262,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience, including public accounting and publicly traded SaaS or technology companies.
  • •Deep expertise in ASC 606 and technical accounting for complex software/SaaS business models.
  • •Experience supporting complex customer contracts, including nonstandard arrangements and consumption-based revenue models.
  • •Experience with SFDC, Workday, and revenue accounting systems.
