Job Summary

Support enterprise work management by serving as a Maximo Work Management subject matter expert. Analyze and improve business processes, standardize operational practices, and develop measurable process improvements that increase safety, efficiency, and reduce costs. Lead process improvement opportunities and change management activities, resolve maintenance work management and compliance tickets, and maintain data integrity across systems, drawings, and records. Train and coach system users to ensure effective execution.

•Serve as a Maximo subject matter expert by training, coaching, and guiding system users while maintaining data integrity across systems and records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related major and seven (7) years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or related work.
•Experience analyzing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements.
•Ability to use data analysis and technological skills to fulfill data requests and produce metric reports to support business decisions.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
•(Preferred) Proficiency with analytics languages and platforms such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Oracle; also experience with process mapping and value stream mapping.
