Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related major and seven (7) years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or related work.
  • •Experience analyzing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements.
  • •Ability to use data analysis and technological skills to fulfill data requests and produce metric reports to support business decisions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • •(Preferred) Proficiency with analytics languages and platforms such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Oracle; also experience with process mapping and value stream mapping.
