Operations Associate (Full-Time) - The Galeries

Support total store operations by driving inventory accuracy, minimizing shrink, and resolving inventory discrepancies through root-cause investigation with the General/Store Manager. Execute day-to-day operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management while maintaining strong visual and stockroom standards. Use metrics to inform business-driving strategies, collaborate across reporting and vendors, and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.
