Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation, review, enhancement, and monitoring of long-term infrastructure strategies, master plans, and development frameworks aligned with government priorities.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies, infrastructure gap analyses, and scenario planning, including risk assessments to support infrastructure resilience and capacity planning.
  • •Support capital investment program development and funding strategies, including project prioritization and recommendations for resource allocation and investment optimization.
  • •Collaborate with asset management teams to integrate asset condition, performance, and risk data into infrastructure planning, including renewal and replacement strategies.
  • •Develop and monitor infrastructure KPIs; prepare executive reports/dashboards; track implementation progress and present findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure planning, strategic planning, transportation planning, municipal engineering, asset management, or infrastructure program development.
  • •Strong knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle planning and asset management principles, including strategic investment and prioritization.
  • •Experience in strategic studies, infrastructure master planning, and capital investment planning with stakeholder management.
  • •Educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
  • •Preferred: PMP and ISO 55000 asset management certification (plus strategic planning certification and CIAM).
