Network Infrastructure Engineer

Maintain reliability, performance, and availability of Akamai’s large-scale network infrastructure. Diagnose hardware issues, troubleshoot and support equipment repairs, manage remote hardware assets, and monitor alarms across servers, routers, switches, and operating systems. Respond to alerts by SLA, help resolve high-severity incidents, and improve fault detection through designing and maintaining alerts and runbooks. Install, configure, and optimize network infrastructure with automation and documentation support.
