People Generalist

Serve as an HR generalist with a strong customer-experience mindset, partnering with functional management across employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, compensation, and retention. Provide guidance to managers and employees, investigate and resolve employee concerns, and educate leaders on HR processes. Support Workday transactions, collaborate with Center of Excellence teams, drive engagement initiatives, and travel to local branches and corporate locations as needed.
