Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to ECU affordability strategy and drive cost and process excellence initiatives.
  • •Lead day-to-day execution of ECU affordability PCMT with Engineering, CIPTs, Finance, and Program teams to identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • •Partner with CIPTs to ensure early, complete assessment of cost, schedule, and technical impacts for Base Program and engineering change activity.
  • •Mature the Engineering Change Cost Control function by managing a large portfolio of active ECs with containment, mitigation, and process improvement.
  • •Develop metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor cost trends and proactively elevate risks.

Key Requirements
