Job Summary

Drive sales of rental services by advising customers on the rental portfolio and creating timely technical solutions tailored to customer needs and available rental equipment. Proactively sell and follow up rental product offers, define the scope required for proposals, and support pricing and calculations. Own revenue performance toward sales targets, analyze sales and forecasts, maintain customer data, and coordinate with equipment, service, and fulfillment teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise customers sustainably on the full rental portfolio.
•Develop precise, timely technical solutions based on customer requirements and available rental equipment.
•Proactively sell and follow up rental offers for Trane-specific rental products.
•Assess needs and define the scope of services required for proposal creation, including calculation.
•Own revenue performance, perform revenue analysis/reporting (forecast/order updates), maintain customer data, and coordinate with fulfillment teams and related sales groups.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Training as a refrigeration systems installer (m/w/d), ideally plus additional qualification as master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d), or a BA degree in technical/engineering/business engineering.
•Rental sales experience in large and/or small refrigeration, ideally with an existing customer network.
•Strong sales ability with very good communication skills.
•Basic business/management knowledge.
•Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good English skills.
