MRO Delivery Manager - AAC Middle Wallop

Own end-to-end delivery of aircraft maintenance operations for Vertical Lift platforms at AAC Middle Wallop, working with the MOD customer and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver maintenance on time, to budget, and to first-time quality. Maintain an MRP 145 production environment, coordinate supply chain and engineering stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage quality/safety corrective actions with reporting to Operations leadership and Programme Management.
