Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), including input and completion of complex or technical sections.
  • •Identify and update RFP database content, removing expired materials and providing answers to RFP teams and Relationship Managers.
  • •Collaborate with regional marketing specialists to develop and edit promotional materials, including writing newsletters and updating marketing assets.
  • •Create programs in a marketing automation tool for approved thought leadership newsletters and campaigns; maintain marketing presentations and contact databases.
  • •Allocate tasks to junior team members, meet SLAs, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues, and report KPIs, RCA, and initiatives to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in financial services, marketing, project management, writing, or related areas.
  • •3-4 years of experience in a senior or specialist role.
  • •Experience working with RFP/DDQ-related processes, including creating and maintaining accurate content.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • •Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
