Job Summary

Own and improve the creation of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposal (RFP) database content, ensuring accurate, up-to-date responses for RFP teams and Relationship Managers. Develop and edit promotional materials with regional marketing specialists, including newsletters and campaigns via marketing automation tools. Coordinate work with junior team members, report KPIs and RCA outcomes, maintain procedural documentation (DPADs), and support strategic initiatives to meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee development of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), including input and completion of complex or technical sections.
•Identify and update RFP database content, removing expired materials and providing answers to RFP teams and Relationship Managers.
•Collaborate with regional marketing specialists to develop and edit promotional materials, including writing newsletters and updating marketing assets.
•Create programs in a marketing automation tool for approved thought leadership newsletters and campaigns; maintain marketing presentations and contact databases.
•Allocate tasks to junior team members, meet SLAs, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues, and report KPIs, RCA, and initiatives to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in financial services, marketing, project management, writing, or related areas.
•3-4 years of experience in a senior or specialist role.
•Experience working with RFP/DDQ-related processes, including creating and maintaining accurate content.
•Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
•Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
