Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technology engagement with selected studios to facilitate adoption of technology shared services and platforms.
  • •Advocate for studios on new features and capabilities, and communicate updates on requested integrations.
  • •Liaise across multiple departments (Studios, Analytics, Global Services, Commercial, and Marketing) to ensure requirements are met holistically.
  • •Establish and drive delivery against multiple program and project schedules, including tracking risks, issues, and action items.
  • •Establish successful studio deployments by reviewing test plans and scheduling demos, then transition projects into run state with appropriate handoff.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership, ideally including game development and live-service operations.
  • •Hands-on infrastructure experience across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • •Video game development knowledge; shipped one or two AAA titles is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end program ownership from inception through launch to run-state.
  • •Experience with influencing department leaders and driving consensus, plus Agile experience and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
