Key Responsibilities

•Lead technology engagement with selected studios to facilitate adoption of technology shared services and platforms.
•Advocate for studios on new features and capabilities, and communicate updates on requested integrations.
•Liaise across multiple departments (Studios, Analytics, Global Services, Commercial, and Marketing) to ensure requirements are met holistically.
•Establish and drive delivery against multiple program and project schedules, including tracking risks, issues, and action items.
•Establish successful studio deployments by reviewing test plans and scheduling demos, then transition projects into run state with appropriate handoff.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership, ideally including game development and live-service operations.
•Hands-on infrastructure experience across on-premise and cloud environments.
•Video game development knowledge; shipped one or two AAA titles is a plus.
•Demonstrated end-to-end program ownership from inception through launch to run-state.
•Experience with influencing department leaders and driving consensus, plus Agile experience and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
