Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the AMD BDM and Platform team to seek opportunities and provide the technical support and training to customers.
  • •Support GPU server solutions for AMD China MDC and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • •Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to stakeholders and customers.
  • •Engage in occasional domestic travel as required to support customers and partners.
  • •Understand and leverage AMD/NVIDIA GPU architectures and related AI frameworks and benchmarking tools.

Salary: CNY 580,510 - 829,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •GPU technical support experience with 5+ years
  • •Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • •Good relationship with customers is a MUST
  • •Occasional domestic travel is required
  • •Understand AMD or NVIDIA GPU architecture and familiar with AI frameworks and models (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT, Llma, DeepSeek) and GPU performance benchmarks/tools (e.g., TransferBench, rccl-tests, MLPerf)
