Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inbound calls to the Brokerage Service Group service center.
  • •Execute client account servicing requests within required time frames, including wires and fund transfers, cash movement, gift processing, required documentation, and opening/closing accounts.
  • •Research client issues and coordinate with NTSI operations teams to obtain necessary information for requested activities.
  • •Follow Northern Trust and Wealth Management Risk Management and NTSI Compliance policies and procedures, and promptly escalate issues/concerns to management.
  • •Build knowledge of business applications and online tools, identify service/process improvements, and assist with new partner onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree and/or some relevant financial services industry work experience.
  • •FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE), Series 7 or 7TO and Series 66 registrations required or willingness to acquire within a prescribed time.
