Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax’s quality and safety standards
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively
•Recondition vehicles across systems including engines, brakes, steering/suspension, and HVAC
•Uphold customer satisfaction and trust through reliable repairs
•Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems, based on the needs of the role
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
•Valid driver’s license (and, where required by state/local law, maintain relevant ASE certifications)
