Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Wellington water team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
•Deliver projects in a timely fashion, coordinating across disciplines and stakeholders.
•Develop and implement client strategy to secure coherent and consistent project outcomes.
•Mentor staff, promote diversity & inclusion, and act as a strong corporate citizen.
•Collaborate with the wider WSP business to align on objectives and drive commercial impact.

Key Requirements

•A qualification in civil engineering or equivalent with appropriate training and experience.
•Minimum of five years of professional experience in consultancy.
•Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise competing demands.
•Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate and mentor teams.
