Own the technical relationship for Digital Native Enterprise customers on the West territory, from discovery and onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos/PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
•Serve as primary technical contact from contract signature through full platform adoption, owning onboarding and implementation.
•Proactively monitor customer health telemetry, resolve integration bottlenecks, and ensure rapid time-to-value.
•Drive commercial accountability with a variable quota and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities based on platform usage and customer objectives.
•Maintain trusted advisory relationships across engineering leads through CISOs and CTOs, advising on architecture and security posture aligned to customer goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 221,000 - 267,000 annually
