Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate internal and external complaints, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
  • •Contact customers for quality reasons to improve resolution, claims, and improvements.
  • •Participate in regular meetings to review customer/production quality performance and align on expectations.
  • •Conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with Amcor standards and industry regulations.
  • •Monitor and analyze process data to detect trends, prevent deviations, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science/Technology, Food Safety and Quality, or a related technical field.
  • •0–2 years of experience in a quality role in the process, packaging, or food industry.
  • •Advanced English (B2) in written and spoken communication.
  • •Understanding of quality systems and standards, including the ability to analyze quality data.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to prepare quality documentation and technical reports.
