  • •Architect and champion Deckers’ enterprise networking strategy for secure, scalable, resilient connectivity across global operations.
  • •Set and enforce network design standards, policies, and guardrails, leading architecture reviews and governance processes.
  • •Assure operational resilience by managing performance, availability, and recoverability for cloud networking services across AWS, OCI, Azure, and hybrid environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,700 - 208,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in enterprise networking, cloud networking, cloud infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines with principal-level accountability.
  • •Expertise defining and owning enterprise networking strategy across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
  • •Skilled in designing scalable cloud network architectures (VPC, subnetting, segmentation) and secure shared-services connectivity frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of IPAM practices (including AWS IPAM), CIDR allocation, DNS architecture, and route management.
