Lead Windchill PLM testing efforts, shaping test plans and ensuring Windchill PLM (PDMLink, Project Link, Quality Management, Change Management) meets functional, performance, and business requirements. Drive automation with Selenium, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure MTTR is minimized while maintaining high quality across upgrades and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Windchill PLM testing effort, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
•Create and execute test plans and test cases for Windchill PLM systems.
•Identify defects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain system quality and reliability.
•Advise on test strategies, upgrades, and migration testing.
•Document test results and maintain clear, actionable communication with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM (PDMLink, Project Link, Quality Management, Change Management).
•Must have Automation Testing experience with Selenium.
•Knowledge of PLM concepts: CAD data, BOM, workflows, and product structures.
•Familiarity with SQL, test automation tools, and scripting.
•Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.

Experience:5+ years

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering
