Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop transfer and settlement solutions to move private credit from manual, consent-driven processes toward automated, near-real-time transfer with authoritative digital records.
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle (origination through secondary transfer and servicing) and remove friction across assignment agreements, agent processes, and settlement workflows.
  • •Extend custody and collateral mechanics to private assets in traditional and tokenized forms, enabling positions to be held, financed, and mobilized with public-market reliability.
  • •Lead market structure strategy including data standardization, index development, secondary trading infrastructure, and digital transfer and settlement; ensure data integration with ICE Private Credit Intelligence and internal systems.
  • •Assess and shape tokenization and prime-brokerage models, interface with market participants, and own the commercial model and P&L across market structure and platform initiatives.

Salary: USD 500,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in private credit, leveraged finance, or structured credit, spanning investment/trading and/or operational/infrastructure roles.
  • •Proven track record building something from zero to one in a platform or operational capability.
  • •Strong commercial instinct across business models, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategy, with comfort owning a P&L.
  • •Deep understanding of private credit operational mechanics, including assignment agreements, settlement workflows, agent processes, and the lifecycle from origination through servicing.
  • •Experience with institutional electronic trading and counterparties (market makers, exchanges, custodians, prime brokers); familiarity with LSTA protocols and ClearPar or LXID/CUSIP infrastructure is preferred.
