Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of launch plans for new vehicle programs and major product changes, updating milestones and readiness criteria and escalating risks.
  • •Lead prototype, pilot, validation, and production build event preparation and execution, coordinating vehicle scheduling, materials, documentation, and daily build reviews.
  • •Collect, document, prioritize, and track launch-related issues; drive closure plans and apply structured problem-solving, escalating critical issues and reporting trends.
  • •Assess manufacturing process readiness and support validation of equipment, tooling, automation, software, and manufacturing systems to achieve readiness metrics.
  • •Develop launch dashboards and scorecards, facilitate cross-functional launch alignment and meetings, provide status updates to management, and capture lessons learned to improve launch standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • •Deep understanding of vehicle assembly.
  • •Understanding of APQP principles.
  • •Experience using data analysis and reporting tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
