Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Coordinate proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, and operating budgets for contract requirements.
  • •Serve as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Establish milestones, monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems, and drive solutions through resources or specification changes.
  • •Direct assigned employees across technical and administrative areas; manage program staffing plans and forecast program financial performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 15+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •15+ years of operations, portfolio, and program management experience in federal government contracting.
  • •5+ years in portfolio or program leadership with meaningful responsibility for P&L and program financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting, budgeting, cost management).
  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • •Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
